The extradition is an official process in which one nation/country or state request and obtains from another country/nation or state so surrender of suspected, wanted or convicted criminals between nation/country or state. This process is called extradition. The extradition is regulated by treaties.

The consequences as per the international law is that a state does not any allegation to surrender an alleged criminal to foreign criminal/accused to a foreign state as one principle of sovereignty is that every state have legal authority over the people within its borders.
